As an Events & Campaign Manager, you will:
- Drive and work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to support the development and implementation of effective marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia countries.
 - Support Demand Generation, Brand awareness and Thought leadership activities in the region, resulting in Marketing Generated Opportunities and Sales Pipeline.
 - Be responsible for building effective marketing plans to ensure effective follow-through and measurement of leads to optimize ROI of marketing budget.
 - Manage and roll-out key marketing activities and events in the region such as customer roadshows, trade exhibitions and sponsorship events.
 - Conceptualise, plan and project-manage large scale events from ideation to execution. Eye for events execution and contingency plans.
 - Develop a customer advocate / Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program: Implement a program for customer success stories, case studies and testimonials.
 - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Regional Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and customer support teams to ensure VoC initiatives are aligned with customer experience targets and business objectives.
 - Provide timely reporting on Marketing Campaigns/Programs and Budget.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing in the IT Sector, preferably IT Security or Networking.
 - Understanding of, and experience in, developing and managing field marketing programs (lead generation campaigns, nurturing campaigns, online advertising, events management, etc.) directly and through third party agencies.
 - Proven track record and successes of driving Integrated Marketing campaigns (both Digital & Offline), with pipeline generation responsibilities and ownership.
 - Ability to not only plan and organize but also execute effectively High touch/Major Account events and programs (Fortinet seminars, roadshows/workshops and conferences).
 - Experience in budget planning and generate marketing reports based on Campaigns run. Experience in SFDC/ Tableau reporting is essential.
 - Extensive field marketing and events execution. Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
 - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, responsive, strong organization and communication skills.
 - Marketing Leads bachelor’s degree in marketing/business Degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
 - Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
 - Ability to assimilate technical knowledge.
