Quote & Configuration Specialist
Job Description

you will be responsible for implementation and improvement of the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process, ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

Your role:

• Create quotations and tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines
• Coordinate tenders in terms of cross sectors department
• Create and maintain a total overview of all offers and tenders
• Set priorities and ensure correct and completeness of offers and tenders within required timeframes
• Ensure correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and prepare quotes approval in a dedicated tool

You are the right fit if:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You have experience on a similar position, preferably in matrix organization
• You are fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• You have strong influencing and communication skills
• You are self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment
• You have analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
• You have a working experience in MS office applications
