Quote & Configuration Specialist
Job Descriptionyou will be responsible for implementation and improvement of the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process, ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.
Your role:
- Create quotations and tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines
- Coordinate tenders in terms of cross sectors department
- Create and maintain a total overview of all offers and tenders
- Set priorities and ensure correct and completeness of offers and tenders within required timeframes
- Ensure correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and prepare quotes approval in a dedicated tool
You are the right fit if:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- You have experience on a similar position, preferably in matrix organization
- You are fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- You have strong influencing and communication skills
- You are self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment
- You have analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
- You have a working experience in MS office applications
