As a Quote Specialist you are responsible for being the first point of contact with Account Manager/ Sales Specialist to provide quotes for IGT equipment.

Your role:

• Provide/Update customer order configuration request promptly and align Quality and first time right orders with Account Managers.
• Track and expedite Quotes to ensure on-time sales.
• Act as a liaison throughout the Quote lifecycle and resolve systems issues.
• Validate and process draft quotes requests.
• Follow and adapt processes, participate in Lean culture, and complete required training.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent academic field.
• 2+ years of Supply Chain and/or logistics related business or administration experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledgeable in SFDC and SAP or equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrate critical and "outside the box" thinking, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong organizational skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
