Job Description

As an intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.

Your role:

• You will support the Tender Team in contract preparation, registration of the service contracts and preparation of the tender documents

• You will participate in Contract Management; preparation contracts for public and private customer

• You will support preparation and maintain demo contracts & support the ongoing operational activities

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student

• You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written

• Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week

• Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus
