6. Communicate, interpret, and apply compensation policies, procedures, and regulations to make decisions in support of initiatives and the execution of deliverables.Effectively manage risk in Total Rewards through awareness, identification, escalation and mitigation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2. 8 years of demonstrated specialized and/or broad knowledge with Compensation or related discipline (Human Resources, Finance, etc.)
3. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure and to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a compensation professional in a complex organization
2. Experience working in the financial services industry
Experience working in Consumer Banking
4. Professional certification in HR related discipline(CCP, SPHR, PHR, etc.)
5. Experience working with HRIS systems and Market Data tools
