Please review the following job description:
The Compensation Consultant is responsible for executing on key compensation priorities. This position will provide feedback on compensation strategy, design, implementation, and administration across core compensation initiatives in the space of broad base, sales, or executive compensation. In addition, the role will support compensation products used to deliver innovative solutions that support Client needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
• Serve as a compensation strategist with internal Client groups consulting on emerging compensation trends, industry best practice, and internal resources.
• Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation practices and ensure competitiveness.
• Execute on compensation initiatives such as job studies, short- and long-term incentive compensation, and job architecture.
• Inform internal client groups on compensation trends, legal requirements, and innovative tools to enhance the existing partnership.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation matters, including offer negotiations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Assist with and deliver training programs and resources to educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy, practices, and policies.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
• Analyze data, ensuring accuracy, and prepare reports that can be used to inform compensation decisions.
• Assist with preparation of required reporting and disclosures as it relates to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Partner with leaders to ensure pay equity and consult on remediation plans when necessary.
• Create and maintain tools for HRBPs and Talent Acquisition, as well as prioritize HR system updates in an effort to operationalize compensation programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience (Preferred)
