We anticipate you will have an MBA/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving analytical skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options, and provide recommendations.
Robust business planning capabilities. Ability to work within and design processes that lead to developing innovative and commercially driven sales plans.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior-level executives. Able to simplify complexity and share insights and proposals.
Clear ability to engage and influence others, navigating diverse and demanding stakeholder groups, including C-suite.
Capable of working autonomously yet building, developing, and harnessing strong internal and external networks.
In-depth understanding of emerging/mature markets, multi-channel structure, business models, marketplaces, affordability, and financing.
Relevant work experience in strategy consulting, financial institutions, or business development is preferred.
