Position: Manager -Automation/Self-service Highly accomplished and results-driven professional with 15+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing innovative self-service and automation solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize product development processes, and drive significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and user experience.
Role and Responsibilities
This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Facilitate and own communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Drive and co-ordinate among technical resources for faster restoration of services, resolution and root cause analysis.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.
People focus:
Demonstrate strong people management skills.
Ability to work with cross functional groups to deliver results.
Staffing and capacity planning.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve product development processes, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
Ensure all AI and automation initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.
Knowledge about AI and traditional ML models – architecture, infrastructure, framework.
Data analytics – models, tools, understanding and interpretation
Strong project management skills
Understanding APIs and modern-stack application technologies is also beneficial
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of overall experience; with minimum 7 years of experience as a people manager in the relevant domain.
