As a Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, you will develop and oversee the annual OEM funding strategy for PC OEM partner marketing activities – launch and MDF funding programs. Your role is the marketing “quarterback” to support PC OEMs through launch and beyond - in collaboration with WW and regional mktg teams. Responsibilities will also include overseeing MDF record keeping, brand compliance and program performance with readouts to the leadership team. Additionally, you will be able to manage budgets coordinate other operational functions such as scheduling regular meetings and checkpoints with partner marketing teams and key internal stakeholders. The individual must be available to travel in support of partner meetings and training events, and key skills include relationship management, facilitation of meetings, PowerPoint presentation development and maintaining good communication with key internal stakeholders.
• The Compute OEM Partner Marketing Lead must have customer-facing partner relationship management skills and be a “can-do” person with a high degree of creativity, collaboration and teamwork.
• This person will also be highly organized with great on follow-through and comfortable presenting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should have at least 10 years in a marketing role and at least 3 year of direct relevant experience overseeing partner relationships and managing MDF investments. PC OEM (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, Samsung) experience a huge plus.

• Getting Work Done - The ability to be organized, resourceful, and planful. This includes the ability to leverage available resources to get things done and lay out tasks in sufficient detail. This also includes the ability to work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, and foresee and plan around obstacles.
• In summary, the Marketing Manager must have customer-facing skills and be a can-do person with a high regard for creativity, collaboration and teamwork. This person will also be highly organized with an eye for detail and can support PowerPoint presentation development.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

While the strong preference for this position is to be based in San Diego, CA, remote work within the United States can be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Seeking candidates with 5-15 years of direct relevant experience within PC Marketing. At least 5 of those years should come from a Marketing Management position.
• Bachelors degree; MBA
