WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the global SI partner marketing strategy to increase partner engagement and maximize joint revenue.
- Collaborate with global and regional partner managers to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies and joint marketing plans that support strategic business objectives.
- Define and implement a framework for measuring partner marketing success, ensuring alignment with partner goals and KPIs.
Partner Marketing Program Development
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives for global SI partners to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and brand awareness.
- Develop co-branded marketing assets, including case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, and other partner marketing materials that highlight the value of our joint solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate digital, event-based, and content marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across global markets
Relationship Management & Enablement
- Build strong relationships with key SI partners to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
- Enable SI partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively market joint solutions and amplify brand messaging.
- Work closely with sales and partner teams to create customized partner marketing plans that align with global campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure partner marketing efforts are aligned with global product launches, messaging, and company priorities.
- Partner with the Wiz Marketing teams to manage and optimize joint marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate program performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and optimize marketing ROI.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct market analysis and partner ecosystem assessments to identify market opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of SI partner marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and technology developments impacting SI partners to drive continuous innovation in marketing efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role, preferably in technology or software sectors.
- Proven experience working with global system integrators or large-scale partner networks is strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of the system integration landscape and partner ecosystem, including an understanding of business drivers for SIs.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft compelling partner-focused messaging and value propositions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo).
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics relevant to partner and channel marketing performance.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams, including with executives, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
