As EY Brand, Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be assisting digital and social projects across the Baltic countries. You will be supporting the increasing the brand awareness and reputation. You will be working on internal communications, public relations and corporate communications to provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences.

Your key responsibilities

  • Create digital go-to-market strategies, digital content, paid social campaigns, web technology, digital UX and creative, SEO & their budget management
  • Work on analytics / insights-driven development of EY digital presence & give recommendations
  • Support governance of digital marketing to reduce risk to brand and reputation
  • Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, including e-mail, social media, paid search and online media
  • Management of cross-media and platform (online/offline) campaigns, working with digital marketing tools (Adobe Experience, LinkedIn campaign manager, Facebook Business manager), including physical events organization
  • Implement a social media strategy with the goal of being the most engaging professional services firm online, to amplify content that provides best in class value to our stakeholders
  • Coordinate the EY communication, considering the media mix
  • Coordinate the media monitoring and analysis and support communication crises management processes
  • Maintaining the unified brand presence

As you will be a part of the Baltic team, the ability to manage projects and successfully navigate in large, matrixed organizations, work with senior executives will help you to succeed. Also, the ability to work independently and with the team, relying on strong interpersonal skills, high level of motivation and positive attitude to achieve results.

  • Related work experience (1 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English
  • Proficient MS Office skills
