• 3 months paid internship
• Internship from January to March 2026, min. 24 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities

• Work with clients to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements aligned to project goals.
• Analyse existing processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and support delivery of transformation across business and technology.
• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and validate business needs, translating them into clear and structured documentation such as user stories, process flows, business cases, and solution requirements, reviewing alignment with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support testing, change management, and implementation activities to enable smooth transition and realisation of benefits.

Skills and attributes for success

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and inclusive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Strong organisational, communication, and facilitation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Estonian process of annual sales planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate the preparation and execution of Key accounts and Industry targeting meetings, driving engagement and relationship-building.

CNS - Risk - Process & Controls :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

· Drive the business development process on new & existing client engagements by gathering appropriate resources, gaining access to key contacts & supervising proposal preparation.

· Identify buyers, influencers & stakeholders in existing client engagements and build strong relationships.

· Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.

· Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as financial services, insurance etc.

· Plan & schedule client engagements. Determine and deploy the right team with adequate skill sets for executing engagements and periodically review the status of engagements and work products

· Review status updates and prepare management presentations/audit committee presentations etc.

· Drive timely billing of invoices & actively follow up on collections.
