Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Estonian process of annual sales planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate the preparation and execution of Key accounts and Industry targeting meetings, driving engagement and relationship-building.
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare impactful presentations and reports for management meetings, showcasing insights and recommendations.
- Provide strategic support for business development initiatives and manage ad-hoc requests.
To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- Relevant professional experience in a business development related positions.
- A university degree or currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analytics and market research.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Estonian and English.
