Located in Tokyo, Japan and reporting to the Airlines Aftermarket SalesDirector, the Sales Manager is responsible for profitable sales growth atassigned Air Transport account(s) in Japan.
• Responsible for achieving annual financialmetrics including revenue & margin for assigned accounts • Own business commercial relationships,including the achievement of growth targets, and ensure pursuit pipeline isfilled and achieved.
• Responsible for solution sales to drive Spares, Aftermarket maintenanceprograms, Retrofit, Modification & Upgrades (RMU’s), and APU and Avionics Selections asassigned
• Use SFDC and data analytics that focus ondriving growth at assigned account(s).
• Responsible for driving pipelines and POfirming for both spares and repairs orders via SIOP and Current Year OrderFirming process
• Support developing 3-year STRAP, AOP, andstrategic account solution sales • In this role the Sales Manager will need tobuild pursuit sponsor relationship across the customer organization includinginfluencers and decision makers in flight operations, Procurement, Engineeringand Aircraft Selections team at the airlines.
• Work with the Sales Excellence and pricingteam for all SFDC related inputs, deal approvals and sales training.
• Work closely with Gold Business Enterprises and Offering Managementfunctions in developing and delivering customer value propositions. • Bachelor’s Degree (Industry equivalentqualification)
• 10+ years of sales experience in Aviation or related industry, with aproven record in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
