What You’ll Do
reporting toSales Manager,you will:
- Generate Demand:Drive sales of Stratasys 3D printers, consumables, service contracts, and software in the Japanese market.
- Meet Targets:Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals through proactive sales efforts.
- Engage with Customers:Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Support the Sales Process:Manage key aspects of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate for Success:Work closely with the Marketing, Application Engineering, and Customer Support teams to align efforts and provide exceptional service.
- Understand the Market:Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to position Stratasys as the top choice for 3D printing solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Education:
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Preferably, experience in 3D printing, industrial machinery,and/orCAD software industries.
- A solid track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, CAD software,and/or 3D printing (preferred).
- Personal Traits:
- High resilience, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset.
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
