Your key responsibilities
- Lead assessment of current business processes deployed within EY managed service operation and identify automation opportunities
- Design optimum target state (automated) process design
- Perform competitive automation tools assessment and take best contextual decisions on automation tools including EY’s existing partners and leading market tools
- Construct and present fully developed process improvement business case to EY and Client leadership
- Identify ML/AI injection opportunities to client’s business processes
- Lead cross functional technology change projects to own and execute improvement projects end to end
- Own and deliver on a profit expansion mandate with clear annual target ($)
- Portfolio , Project governance, monitoring and reporting
- Estimate and report benefits in terms of efficiency, revenue, profit and risk elimination
- Communicate and achieve consensus among stakeholders on automation projects status and benefit
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to techno functional team

- AI/ML integration (Azure, Google, Pega) into business operation etc.

- 12 to 15 years experience
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduation in any field (academic experience in computer science/ technology/ engineering preferred)
- Intelligent Process Automation (IPA/RPA) tool specific certifications
- Prior experience in consulting or BPO or service delivery operation
- Experience in hands-on and leadership in process automation tools and teams
- Experience of leading automation/digitization programmes
- Experience in interacting with senior client personnel including C-level
- Experience of working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Be proficient in assessing options (e.g. risk, performance and cost-benefit) and informing decision-makers with persuasive visualizations based upon assessment outputs
- Can coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies
- Manage Matrix teams with participants in multiple geographies
- This role requires flexibility in working with various Client and EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones
- Ready to travel if required
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Post Graduation in Management/ Technology
- Experience in integrated managed / outsourced services solutions primarily around
- Risk: Transform the risk and controls functions and outcomes of the business, including enterprise risk, enterprise resilience, compliance, internal audit, and controls and protect value across stakeholders in the long term
- Finance: transform their finance functions and drive value creation by making finance more agile (responsive, insightful and efficient) to support better scalability, decision-making and enterprise-wide performance
- Integrated Workforce Mobility: Tax, Immigration, Compensation, Assignment & Social Security
- IT outsourcing models, Cloud/Saas/Paas solutions and the role of IT in digital change
- You may have certification in LSS, CSM, TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, CSPO
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology
- You will have core understanding of the big four and their got-to-market propositions
