Job Summary

This Compensation Analyst will be the lead in data and systems strategy for enterprise-wide projects (annual compensation cycle), and will partner with systems on foundation tables, improvements, and reporting. You will provide cross-functional inputs on any implementations, and coach compensation analysts on data and system best practices. Additional responsibilities will be policies and program maintenance. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation.

Data & Systems Strategy

  • Partner with HRIS/systems on Thrive Rewards (configuration & testing)
  • Partner with HRIS/systems on Thrive Rewards light (statutory increases)
  • Liaison with HRIS/systems team (Job Codes, foundational tables, MWB-manager workbench, etc.)
  • Liaison with analytics team (reporting/data automation)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition & Talent Enablement on the Mosaic system
  • Strategic priorities: process improvement and partnership, selection for new tools
  • Data audit: workflows
  • SAP-Success Factors, Market Pay, Eightfold

Policies & Practices Maintenance

  • Maintain updates to any policies, legal agreements, etc.
  • Shift differentials
  • Out of hours
  • Annual bonus agreement
  • SharePoint sites and toolkits

Data Coach

  • Coach Compensation Analyst on best practices as it pertains to data and systems
Job Requirements
  • 8 or more years of compensation experience work with medium to large organization(s) and with global public companies
  • Advanced level compensation survey and systems experience with all compensation elements (base, variable, and equity).
  • Comfortable working on the day to day, repetitive tasks and stretching and developing with new projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS platforms, data analytics software, salary surveys.
  • Ability to create automation, integration, and reconfiguration of tools to be user-friendly.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and a strong collaborative, team approach to getting things done.
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, good listener, data storyteller, analytical, process improvement driver, problem solver.
Education
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, data analytics or business curriculum preferred, but not required
