Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role involves managing and contributing to local and global HR projects and initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR activities and operations which involves but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, learning and development, employee and industrial relations, etc.
  • Implement and update company regulation, guidelines and policies in accordance with local laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices and internal/external standards.
  • Drive employee engagement through country-initiated, regional, or global activations.
  • Maintain annual and monthly budgeting and tracking of personnel expenses.
  • Managing a company license within the scope of the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and local authorities involves ensuring that adidas business complies with all the legal requirements and regulations set by these entities
  • Develop and utilize HR analytics to monitor monthly People Metrics, preempt problem areas, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Build a talent pipeline with robust succession plans for retail management positions.
  • Partner with Global Business Service ( GBS) and payroll vendors to ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance in employee pay and benefits.
  • Ensure the workplace is well-maintained following company global standards

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • Team player with supervisory and management skills
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    • University degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR partnering role, ideally within an international organization (preferably in Retail working with Field organizations)
    • Strong experience in employee and industrial relations topic
    • Fluent in English (written and oral)
