As a Vice President within the ETF Operations team, your key responsibilities will be to foster and maintain solid working relationships with clients and Authorized Participants. You will also be critical in supporting internal groups within the broader division with respect to ETF record keeping, Basket Creation/Valuation and Capstock activity.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all client and broker queries related to daily ETF order activity and Basket Publication
• Responsible for daily publication of key deliverables to DTCC/NSCC
• Responsible for the ETF Basket services for clients
• Participate in industry working groups and initiatives
• Stay updated on developments in the broader ETF ecosystem
• Reconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF Baskets
• Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products
• Provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 7+ years of ETF industry experience
• Strong managerial skills
• Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organization
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
• Results orientated; ability to create and sustain a target driven environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etc
• Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income
• ETF cash component expertise
