Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Spain, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
