Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Spain, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
