Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in Turkish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, narratives, storytelling and engaged promoting.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Knowledge of online marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling for client engagement.
