You are responsible for
Identify stakeholders in other departments, outside radiology, to establish a cooperative interaction.
Interactions with different hospital departments to understand workflows and help in order to fit the customer needs.
Deliver remote and on-site support of the customer, on-site coverage & technical assistance
Provide vital link in the escalation process to Remote Support Centre (RSC), maintaining problem ownership
Update technically documentation concerning sites
Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation/ paperwork/ reports
Actively adhere to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products desirable
Technical background, University degree will be valued
Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix & Windows
Experience of working remotely supporting Software
Language skills: Native Spanish, Advanced English
Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
