Job Responsibilities: North America Designated Service Business Management and Reporting support
- Data Management
- Compile and manage oversight of performance scorecards inclusive of productivity metrics, key risk indicators, and case hygiene in order to effectively oversee the health of the Business
- Proactively monitor performance trends, and a make sound operational recommendations on improvements to Leadership as needed
- Design and implement dashboards inclusive of key metrics that can be easily accessed by senior and mid-level managers
- Review and ensure data integrity / accuracy for executive management reporting (EMR) and Business Reviews.
- Support Adhoc requests as required by the business
- Key initiatives and Executive Communication
- Produce high-quality presentations that distill complex ideas into simple, clear, actionable messages for leadership
- Assist in creating agendas, developing materials and tracking takeaways (e.g. Offsites, Townhalls, Leadership Team meetings, etc.), and external client visits with Client Services Leaders, as needed
- Support the production of key standard and recurring weekly/monthly deliverables (e.g. Client Health forum, Business review reporting, etc.)
- Assist with monitoring North American (NAMR) Region headcount/hiring, and drive financial control reviews; including expense and T&E monitoring
- Assist with the NAMR budget/forecast planning cycles; work with partners such as Finance, Product, Capacity Planning and Sr. Management to understand key initiatives and strategies
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Experience in Tableau, Alteryx
- Experience in executive presentations
- Business manager experience
