The Access Management Group Production Team Leader oversees a team of 8 analysts responsible for role-based access administration for CCB. The Team Leader ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service by resolving access issues and adhering to access control policies and standards. Additionally, they are responsible for constructing and presenting Executive Business Reviews and creating content for User Forums and Access Champion update meetings.
