As a Consulting Technical Lead / Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our consulting services within the banking sector. With at least 5 years of software development experience and a background in banking applications and API design, you'll lead teams and projects that redefine what's possible in financial technology. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting services to banking clients, advising on technical strategy, digital transformation, and API integration.
• Design and architect cloud-native, scalable, and resilient software solutions that align with our client's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Translate complex banking and financial requirements into high-level architectural blueprints, demonstrating a clear vision and understanding of client needs.
• Foster innovation in API design and implementation, ensuring best practices are followed for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, managing technical deliverables and ensuring projects are executed with excellence.
• Influence key stakeholders across the client’s organization, from IT teams to executive leadership, steering them towards strategic technology investments.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, experience in banking industry and finance sector would be positive value.
• Expertise in designing and developing APIs, with a strong understanding of RESTful services and API management platforms.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects, demonstrating the ability to mentor and drive high-performance cultures.
• Strong foundation in cloud computing, application and cloud design patterns, service-oriented architecture, and microservices design.
• Having experience in architecture modeling language (eg. ArchiMate specification) and architecture modeling tools is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability and willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project delivery.
