We expect you the lead and grow the local SAP group in financial management. You also have the following skillset:

• At least five years of professional experience in the finance environment
• Extensive know-how in SAP R/3, SAP ERP FI/CO modules and SAP S/4HANA Finance
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and controlling
• Extensive experience in the responsible support of SAP implementation projects
• Good knowledge of French/Dutch and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting services to insurance and banking clients, advising on SAP technical strategy, and digital transformation.
• Design and architect SAP solution environments that align with our client's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Translate complex financial requirements into high-level architectural blueprints, demonstrating a clear vision and understanding of client needs.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, managing technical deliverables and ensuring projects are executed with excellence.
• Influence key stakeholders across the client’s organization, from IT teams to executive leadership, steering them towards strategic technology investments.
• Drive continuous personal and professional development within your teams, advocating for knowledge sharing and technical proficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on the banking and / or insurance industry.
• Proven experience leading SAP teams and projects, demonstrating the ability to mentor and drive high-performance cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
