Role and Responsibilities
- Monitoring of sellout of all partners – creating reports
- Purchase/Sales/Inventoryreports – assisting KAMs in sell-in/sell-out planning
- Customer budgets operational claiming - in assistance with KAMs
- Competitors' sell-out and promo activities tracking
- Sample Management
- Checking and translation of T&C for all kinds of promo activities (national promotions, preorders, etc)
- Preorder tracking
- Communication with agency
- Different kinds of reports required by different teams or management
- Shop visiting
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree or last year of studies
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinker
- Cross-cultural competence and good communication and collaboration skills necessary
- Driven by continuous innovation
