Role and Responsibilities
- Increasing sales of Samsung Electronics products (Mobile phones, Tablets, Wearables, Accessories) and achieving agreed targets
- Negotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creation
- Analyzing account profiles and potentials
- Strategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordingly
- Planning sales and promotion activities
- Setting out targets together with the customers and evaluating results
- Analyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvements
- Making timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability
- Coordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region
- Improving display share and ensuring adequate presence of products at the point of sale
- Providing customers with products and performance trainings
- Providing feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitors
- Active involvement in annual budgeting process
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management in relevant industry
- Good knowledge of the market and good business sense
- Driver's licence B category
- Fluent in English, both written or spoken
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
- High customer orientation with strong communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
- Striving for further improvement and continuous innovation
