Purpose of the Role:
Provide support to Key Account Managers in the Sales Group (Mobile Division).
Create statistics and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transports
• Keep contact with open market distributors
• Prepare daily, weekly, ad hoc sales reports
• Support the related Order Desk Staff and Supply Chain Management Coordinator
• Check stock daily
• Support the work of Key Account Managers and Product Managers
• Administrate the marketing related processes (Plan Proposal)

equirements

• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• min. BA/BSc degree or last year of studies
• MS Excel, Word and Power Point literacy (experience in SAP is an advantage)
• Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Precise, organized way of working
• Flexible attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
