Your role:
Provides advanced first line remote technical support to customers, communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines
Taking ownership of the customer’s case in an ambassador role, ensuring where required the correct knowledge & diagnostics are captured to allow for First Time Right when the Field engineer attends site.
Installation and configuration of the server software solutions to Philips and Customer managed environments.
You're the right fit if:
cellent written , Verbal communications and documentations skills in english
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a relevant field or equivalent practical experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in IT
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft SQL, Active Directory,
Willingness to work outside normal office hours when needed (rare cases).
