Zone Delivery Leader, S&SD East
Your role:
- Comply with service team goal, mission and vision
- optimize the service team management process and complete the transformation of service business model
- Lead zone delivery teams to achieve related delivery KPI
- Well cooperate and internal support to commercial team, for zone level business AOP achievement
- Manage and control the zone level expenses, COO & material cost, etc responsible for IGM AOP achievement
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Leverage with internal and external resources to lead team to handle tough customer or business issues for customer satisfaction and retention
- Be responsible for team people management, Identify / develop talent and lead by example to promote a performance culture.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- At least 5 years of team management experience
- Solidly proficient in Project Management or a related discipline
- Must understand effects of process on Revenue and IFO
- PMI certification preferred
- Performance history in meeting objectives
