Job Description
What you should do
Provide T3/T4 Deliver & Support technical expertise for Voice products from Voice Product portfolio and act as technical escalation point
Interface (full accountability and leadership) between technical engineers, management and clients for projects / programs / incidents requiring executive attention including regular reports
Advocate ITIL practices, service delivery methodologies and DevOps practices and coach others
Prepare products and process strategies, technical designs and lead their execution into PROD including financial prudence and regular interactions with vendor
Technical leader for global programs coming as feedback within the product or as a request from other Product components
Co-create highly functional environment through workshops, experimentation. Actively look for improvements/feedback in Product Dev/Delivery or Support area and lead implementation
How we see the ideal candidate
4+ years' experience supporting large corporate/enterprise for Unified Communications infrastructure, CUCM, Unity, Cubes, Auto-Attendants, Console Apps, Unified Communications Infrastructure
Experience with migrations/consolidation of unified communication infrastructure
Knowledge of Audiocodes SBC technology and direct routing is a plus
Knowledge of Contact Centers on-prem and Cloud solutions is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System is a plus
Experience in engineering, deploying, and maintaining complex system configurations based on Microsoft and Cisco infrastructures
Related Cisco and Microsoft Certifications are beneficial
Ability to adapt current work processes, technical procedures to meet emerging needs and the ability to evaluate new ideas and proposed methods for practicality and ease of implementation
Ability to coordinate work tasks with others for timely completion and to avoid potential setbacks
Ability to articulate complex and technical ideas accurately and clearly
