Inventory management: Auditing, root cause analysis and troubleshooting of discrepancies, closing loop with suppliers, adding new parts, etc
Inventory planning: Quoting (RFQ - Request For Quote), purchasing, optimization of stocks, etc
Developing and maintaining cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement
Using Tesla-developed ERP systems to achieve success
Transforming and improving departmental processes and policy through project work and continuous improvement
All other activities as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Track record of excellence in current and prior roles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs on a daily basis
Preferred or desired qualifications: prior spare parts, material planning/ERP, material handling, reliability, maintenance, and/or inventory control experience
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
