Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in supply chain management, specifically in sourcing and procurement of network spares or related commodities.
  • Experience in networking hardware.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • Proficient storytelling and influencing skills with a track record of developing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for network spare parts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to understand the diverse needs of the business and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in supplier business reviews and drive actions/insights for spare parts.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to drive spares strategy and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Embody our
