Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    o OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    o OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key part of the CRP team as a technically-deep contributor responsible for leading a virtual-team (v-team) to drive impact across initiatives including:

  • Analysis of Customer and Market signals to develop the next wave of focus areas for customer resilience (e.g. Specialized workloads, AI) in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in customer implementation of resiliency recommendations. May define and lead customer engagements to solicit feedback and understand their experiences with Microsoft’s products and services.
  • Collaborates with others (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Design) to ensure that they can satisfy customer requirements. Evaluates the market size and explores new opportunities for greatest value to the business.
  • Perform analysis of program outputs to ensure effectiveness of customer journey experience.
  • Brings product usage, product telemetry, and service data together to identify highly complex patterns, generate hypotheses, and build a plan to impact the program and/or products.
  • Identify data needs and provide insights/analysis to expedite decision-making in partnership with Business Operations & Tooling team.
  • Determines and leads process improvements to quickly scope insights.
  • Partner with internal CXP teams to identify new standards for resiliency and security as related to resilience.
