You will be part of the Account Team, working alongside the Account Executive, with a set of customers in the [INDUSTRY] industry acting as their CTO counterpart within Microsoft. You will be the person in charge of understanding the customer landscape, challenges and objectives and will lead the Microsoft teams to help customers achieve their goals.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
. Broad technical knowledge in cloud computing, data and AI, infrastructure, security and business processes. At least one area of deep expertise.
. Strong technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, or related technical/sales experience relating to Cloud and AI.
. Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
. Strong experience building and sustaining relationships with C-suite executives.
· 8+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
· 8+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
. Discovery and Envisioning methodologies such as Design Thinking, to think about solutions based on the customer point of view.
. Strong track record of extended team coordination thru influence for sales outcomes.
