As a SMB Account executive, you will:
- Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, continuously seeking creative strategies to reach your audience
- Be expected to run 1-3 Discovery/Demo Calls per day for prospective customers
- Consistently leverage SFDC and other creative ways to outbound net new business
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals alongside your team
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine how Yotpo can be a strategic investment for their business growth
- Be an expert at uncovering business challenges using our sales methodology MEDDPICC
About you:
- You were successfully promoted from a SDR/BDR to an Account executive
- You were a successful account executive for 6+ months
- You have strong business acumen including knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing and/or retention marketing
- You own your results and figure out a way to win
- You don’t take feedback personally, but use it as fuel to grow and improve each day
- You ask multiple questions and actively listen to uncover business pain points before delivering a solution
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric and consultative approach to working
- The ability to identify and address the needs of prospective clients
- You’re motivated to reach goals and achieve key deliverables and want to foster this attitude in your team
- Someone who embraces our team principles “Learning, Own It, Feedback, Trust, Don’t Assume (LOFT’D)” in everything they do
- Have experience using SFDC Reports, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator

Base salary $56,000 – $70,000 — I n addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.
