Transfer Agency AML Operations - AVP is an intermediate level role responsible who will be contributing to a strategic project within the TA AML Operations space in the context of the digitalization of the Operations. The overall objective is to apply in-depth knowledge and contribute to the development of new techniques / processes , the implementation of a strategic solution for TA AML Operations across EMEA.

What you will do:

• Design and optimize AML operating model to align with regulatory requirements, business strategies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and decision-making hierarchies.
• Ensure the operating model incorporates end to end workflows for AML across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide expertise in configuring and maintaining AML system.
• Validate and test system parameters to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and deliver AML training focusing on best practice used cases for new AML operating workflow/system.
• Lead or support AML related projects, such as system upgrades or regulatory remediation efforts.
• Identify and mitigate risks associate with project implementation and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze system outputs to identify trends, patterns and areas requiring attention
• Influence decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating others in area
• Evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members

What we'll need from you:

• Extensive experience in a related role to cash and trade operations and management
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
