What you will do:

• Completion of periodic review of investors in scope for the review cycle in line with defined targets
• Identification, review and escalation of red flags as they arise
• Timely follow up with investors regarding outstanding AML documentation and update of records in this regard.
• Maintenance of investor records in line with departmental procedures
• Preparation of investor files as required for internal reviews, client or MLRO due diligence.
• Participation in client calls to provide status updates and manage client queries.
• Preparation of management information related to progress of periodic review for internal stakeholders, fund MLROs and clients.
• Ongoing monitoring of investors on a risk based approach

What we'll need from you?

• Experience in AML, preferably transfer agency
• Proven ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Knowledge of fund services and product types
• Knowledge of AML legislation from an Ireland and Luxembourg perspective an advantage
• Experience in a client facing role
• Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective analytical and presentation skills
