Job Description
Responsibilities
Be accountable for the end-to-end implementation of new MBRs in-line with business needs:
Lead workshops to analyze the business requirements and design the appropriate master recipe templates that aligns to business needs
Analyze batch records and SOPs
Build partnerships at a recipe/functional requirement level with business counterparts
Create of MBR prototypes
Demonstrate system functionality and recipe design to business and IT users
Directly author/configuration master batch records and master batch record templates using PAS|X as well as provide oversight and instructions to additional members of the recipe author team.
Collaboration with internal functional and development teams
Define and analyze recipe requirements through client interviews and develop detailed designs that meet the requirements.
Deliver training on recipe to operations and business users
Collaborate with the business and MES teams on development activities, change management, and application knowledge of recipes.
Create, test, and validate master recipes and collaboration with other builders/testers, update MBRs & templates using standard quality requirements
Communicates effectively: timely communication of statuses, activity progress, and needs to achieve goals. Adapt messages according to the audience and proficient in technical communications.
Requirements
Degree in IT discipline or STEM (or equivalent qualification)
Experience: 3+ years of MES working experience in manufacturing life sciences, technical depth with Werum/Koerber PAS-X
Experience working with interface monitoring between PAS-X and SAP
Strong understanding of operational technologies in life science manufacturing specifically the business use cases and value drivers for process execution solutions
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
