Taboola Inc. seeks HR People Analyst in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for providing research, analysis and reporting to ensure the organization remains competitive in the areas of compensation and equity and is proactive in all reporting requirements and needs.

Specific job duties include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related; 2 years of experience with employee compensation data management, analysis, and reporting, including specific experience analyzing external market data for employee rewards, compensation, and equity; knowledge of SEC reporting requirements in the domain of employee compensation.

Hybrid/partial remote work benefit available.

The pay range for this position in California is $110,000 - $125,000. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
