Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, change management, managing employee conflict, and compliance with employment law.
- Partner with employees and managers to address performance and employee conflicts, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Promote and support the use of performance management tools, processes, and rewards programs to drive employee growth and engagement.
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset by driving the execution of change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations, to ensure consistent and aligned execution of business-support initiatives.
- Ensure HR services are delivered in alignment with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws, fostering trust and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver customized, coaching-driven solutions that optimize outcomes and processes.
- Take a consultative approach to solving complex challenges, designing and implementing solutions that drive enterprise-wide process improvement and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with broad exposure to key HR areas such as employee relations, talent management, total rewards, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach employees and leaders to enhance performance, address challenges, and achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Proven skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to apply a consultative and forward-thinking approach to HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation, with the ability to build trusting relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coaching certifications or formal training in leadership or employee development methodologies.
- Experience in an HR shared services delivery model, incorporating coaching to enhance employee engagement and service outcomes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow automation platforms, with demonstrated ability to manage HR service delivery, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
