Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• + years of technical program management or project management experience or a technical role with systems engineering experience, preferably in Cloudsilicon,serverdesign,accelerators, Networking solutions, FW & SW development and deployment, andsystems solutionsfrom cradle to grave.

• Experience with hardware, firmware & software (system & application stack) interfaces across all modules in a system.

• Knowledge of high-volume server design and manufacturing isdesired.

• Knowledge about datacenters &operationat scale.

• Drive the transformationjourney within the PM Org todrive excellence in execution building templates, processes and driving alignment across SCHIEincluding members from hardware and software engineering, sourcing, supply chain, networking and datacenter operations for documenting a clear Plan-of-Record (POR), development checklists,executiontemplatesfor the product developmentprocess.

• Monitor and measure engineering impact and performance results by tracking key performance indicators.

• Technical Program Management for new Cloud hardware development.  Drive the development, planning & execution of a holistic cross functional product development and/or launch strategyfor critical programs.Provides technical leadership andidentifytechnical risks.

• Collaborate with internal and external technology development partners to form a cohesive development plan.

• Have an in-depth understanding of theproducttechnical requirements, milestones,deliverables,and interdependencies forestablishingan accurateand effective project infrastructure.  Leverage experience and engineering skills to solve problems, fillgapsand achieveobjectivesthrough a cross functional team.

• Responsible for effective communication and escalation of risks and dependencies while ensuringtimelydecisions are being made.
