Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist Staff/Senior/Manager in performing the analysis of historical financial performance and financial position in the business valuation for various purposes (e.g. M&A purpose, tax purpose, financial reporting purpose, purchase price allocation, etc.);
- Assist the team in performing the economicl analysis,research of comparable companies and comparable transactions which are used as inputs of market-approach valuation;
- Assist the audit team to review the valuation reports prepared by other valuers (e.g. property valuation reports, Purchase price allocation report, goodwill impairment review, etc.) as an audit procedure;
- Other assigned tasks
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Undergraduate or Graduate with degree in Economics, Finance, Auditing - Accounting, Banking or related field
- Having experience in financial modelling,due diligence in consulting firms is preferred
- Ability to build basic financial models;
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent analytical, project management, multi-tasking, communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- Ability and flexibility to work alongside team members to ensure the timely completion of work deliverables;
- Having good learning attitudes, diligence and paying attention to details;
- Experience working with public data sources and analyzing economic indicators
