In this role, you will work with stakeholders to understand business problems and apply advanced analytical techniques to solve and drive measurable impact. The role will also require you to independently lead high-visibility projects. As well as understanding product performance the role also covers customer segmentation and targeting to drive product adoption outcomes. Building AI and automation into our targeting capabilities will be part of the role evolution.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze product and merchant data fields to identify target segments and merchants for new products
- Collaborate with Product Managers to assess early adopter performance and refine targeting for full product launches
- Analyze sales and product adoption data to uncover opportunities for product packaging across key segments or verticals
- Explore opportunities to enhance targeting and product growth through experimentation (e.g., A/B tests, AI models)
In Your Day-to-Day Role, You Will:
- Monitor and assess product performance metrics, usage patterns, and KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and trends through data analysis and customer feedback
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance models to track product success over time
- Conduct root-cause analysis for underperforming products or features
- Propose and support data-driven adjustments, improvements, and new feature development to boost adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Partner with Product Managers to define success criteria and track execution of product roadmaps
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Deliver actionable reports with clear recommendations for improving product performance
- Contribute to roadmap planning by evaluating performance data and forecasting future trends
- Help prioritize product investments and resources based on performance insights
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to optimize both product performance and team collaboration
- Establish and champion best practices for product performance management across the organization
