Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns to drive traffic, capture demand, and generate revenue
  • Leverage data and technology to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
  • Track, measure, and report program performance, optimizing for efficiency and scalability
  • Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization of campaigns and marketing programs
  • Optimize team structure and processes to foster a culture of high performance and innovation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Planning & Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with Tier 1 CRM counterparts to complement full-funnel marketing plans. Partner with Martech to prioritize Adobe platform enhancements and resolve operational blockers. Collaborate with Operations to execute tactical plans efficiently. Engage with GTM, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Integrated Marketing teams on intake and project requests.

Testing & Execution

  • Design and implement end-to-end campaigns tailored for the German market, ensuring a strong experimental brief, reliable tracking, and comprehensive measurement frameworks.

  • Monitor campaign performance actively and apply learnings in real-time tooptimizeoutcomes, embodying a growth hacker mindset.

Learnings & Analytics

  • Measure and quantify the business impact of marketing campaigns, regularly communicating insights and results to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure robust analytics, comprehensive testing methodologies, and continuous improvement are embedded in all projects.

  • Manage and report on the budget for incentive payouts,maintainingfinancial oversight and accountability.


Growth & Agile Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with agile squad members to successfully deliver global marketing projects and campaigns.

  • Work effectively across multiple teams including Brand, Legal, Risk, Product, Integrated Marketing, Regional Teams, Martech, and other segment marketing groups to drive key initiatives.
