Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience managing and improvinglarge scaleenterprise service, including support for Production systems.
  • 2+ yearsexperience as an enterprise Microsoft Teams Room Systems, M365, Dynamics 365, Intune, or Power Platform service administrator.
  • Experience in enterprise IT service engineering or architecture.
  • Proficienttroubleshooting client/server software issues across multiple platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS,Androidand Self-Problem-Solving capability.
  • Proficient using PowerShell scripts, VS Code, Azure, Power BI to drive automation and service health improvements.


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification:This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship- based legal restrictions.
