Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience managing and improvinglarge scaleenterprise service, including support for Production systems.
- 2+ yearsexperience as an enterprise Microsoft Teams Room Systems, M365, Dynamics 365, Intune, or Power Platform service administrator.
- Experience in enterprise IT service engineering or architecture.
- Proficienttroubleshooting client/server software issues across multiple platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS,Androidand Self-Problem-Solving capability.
- Proficient using PowerShell scripts, VS Code, Azure, Power BI to drive automation and service health improvements.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Proactivelyidentifiesproblems, proposes solutions, withdemonstratedability to navigate ambiguity.
- Knowledge of Cloud service fabric, Kubernetes and Linux.
